🔑 What You’ll Do
This is a senior-level, hands-on development role that combines deep technical expertise with strong business understanding. Your contributions will shape the architecture, performance, and scalability of systems that power global banking operations.
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
✅ Architect Scalable Applications: Design and develop high-performance applications using Java 8/17/21, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
✅ End-to-End Development: Own the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), following DevOps-driven principles.
✅ Full-Stack Expertise: Work across backend and frontend layers using React.js and Node.js, ensuring smooth user interfaces and seamless integration.
✅ Real-Time Data Processing: Implement Apache Kafka for event-driven communication and build highly available, fault-tolerant systems.
✅ Cloud Deployment: Containerize applications using Docker, orchestrate them with Kubernetes, and deploy on GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) for reliability and scalability.
✅ Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
✅ Domain-Driven Design: Apply your banking and finance domain knowledge to solve industry-specific problems like payment processing, compliance, risk management, and fraud detection.
🎯 Skills and Experience We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should bring a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and domain understanding.
Must-Have Skills:
9–15 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
Strong command of Java 8/17/21, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
Proven experience in building scalable, distributed systems with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and GKE.
Solid experience with React.js and Node.js for building dynamic, responsive frontends.
Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
Ability to design and deliver cloud-native architectures with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Banking and finance domain expertise (preferred but not mandatory).
Familiarity with container security, monitoring, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Strong communication skills, stakeholder management experience, and a product-oriented mindset.
