What You’ll Do as a Partnerships Lead
As a Partnerships Lead at OCTA, you will be at the forefront of growth, innovation, and ecosystem-building. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing OCTA’s GTM plan through partnerships that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Identifying, negotiating, and closing strategic deals with key ecosystem players.
- Collaborating closely with the product and marketing teams to launch and scale partner-led initiatives.
- Developing a repeatable playbook for partnership-driven growth to ensure long-term scalability.
- Representing OCTA at industry events, conferences, and ecosystem meetups to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated professional with a mix of consulting, business development, and sales expertise. Ideal candidates should bring:
- 2+ years of consulting experience at a top-tier firm or in a strategy-focused role.
- Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to close partnership and business development deals.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, particularly with senior-level stakeholders.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thriving in fast-paced and dynamic startup environments.
- A strong understanding of the Middle East B2B landscape and proven ability to navigate local ecosystems.
