About the Role
We are looking for HR Operation Candidates – Offboarding to manage exit processes with care, compliance, and efficiency. From handling exit formalities to conducting exit interviews, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the last impression employees carry about the organization.

What You’ll Do
- Manage employee offboarding and clearance processes.
- Ensure compliance, documentation, and final settlement.

What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in HR operations/offboarding is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage employee queries with empathy.
