Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Executive – Voice Process, your primary duties will include:
- Handling inbound calls from US customers
- Addressing customer queries in line with company guidelines
- Ensuring first call resolution wherever possible
- Following escalation procedures for complex issues
- Adhering to call flow and quality standards
- Maintaining records such as escalation logs and complaint trackers
- Participating in motivational and engagement activities
- Protecting customer data confidentiality
- Working in compliance with all business processes

Skills & Qualifications
